Dialectical Behavior Therapy Part 1

Ok.  I started a new module in my group at therapy.  I am in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT),  I go to therapy at Mind, Body, Soul, Utah.  I see Tom Bunnell   I have group on Wednesday night.  The module that I am doing, is 12 weeks, and it is called Emotion Regulation.  I love my therapy.  It has kept me out of the Mental Hospital, since May 18, 2014.  On May 18, 2014, I jumped off of a bridge, and broke my elbow.  I have been working really hard with my therapist on how to cope with suicidal urges, and he has helped me a lot.
That is all for today
